Circleville, Ohio is located on US Route 23 approximately 25 miles south of Columbus. Founded in 1810, Pickaway County is rich in Native American history and many Indian burial mounds are still located throughout our county. Today, Pickaway County remains primarily an agricultural community boasting nearly 300,000 acres of farmland. The county has more than 53,000 residents with roughly 13,000 living in the county seat of Circleville.Not only is this community blessed with a rich agricultural foundation, it is also home to the Circle Pumpkin Show, which is one of the largest festivals in Ohio, and going strong for over 100 years.
